Mark J. Foley is The Gold Institute for International Strategy Ambassador for New York City, helping to further the reach of GIIS outside the Beltway. He is president of The Folson Group, a residential real estate financial consultancy and efficiency authority he co-founded in 2014, and is also president and co-founder of investment advisory Pendo LLC, in independent firm specializing in research and equity management since 2007. His research and market commentaries have been distributed by Advice IQ and appeared regularly in several forums including Forbes.com, Business Insider, Morningstar, Motley Fool and the Greater New York Mensa Newsletter.
Mr. Foley has been politically active for many years, including a recent campaign for local office in NYC. Mark is actively involved as a mentor and has also been an invited guest speaker for the Executive MBA Programs of both UNH and Pace University. He earned his MBA from Pace University and his BS from the University of New Hampshire. He is a board member of Vital Strategies, international healthcare charity working in every region of the world, primarily in low- and middle-income countries.
